Customer Service is great at this place. After being fit for boots, low back pain decrease significantly. I've had every work boot out there. Red Wing work boots will be the only boots I wear every day!!! David has your best interests in mind, tell him what you need and you get it!!

We returned a couple days later after our initial visit and looking online at other options. Why? Because of the amazing experience. The rep was extremely knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated the low pressure sales approach. He asked me a lot of questions about my comfort level during the fitting process and about when and where I would be wearing the boots. In today's fast pace environment of self check-outs and pushy salesmen this was refreshing change of pace.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a boot and was debating on which size to go with. When I left the store I was informed if I wasn't happy with the size to come on back and swap out for the right size. I chose a size that was too small. I came back to return and they swapped out for the right size (no questions asked). I was surprised at how easy it was. Also, both times I went in the boots I was wearing they polished for free. Great service. Great people. I will buy from Owasso Red Wing store again!

I knew what I was looking for and the sales person changed my mind and I and happy about it. I did the foot scan and it sized me correctly and recommended an insole that I am glad I purchased. Just think I should have 1 size wider in the boot. Knowledgeable salesman and the owner even helped and was great

Visited the Red Wing store in Owasso for the first time last week. One thing I can tell you with 100% certainty is that this is where I will be buying my boots from now on!! I've know about Red Wing's reputation for years, but had never worn a pair until now. These are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. And they do more than just work boots. Waders, tactical, hiking, socks, orthopedic insoles... the list goes on. And on top of that, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had at any business, ever! David was my sales guy. He was very knowledgeable on both the product line and the anatomy of the foot, and he expertly wielded that knowledge to get me into the exact right boot for me. He wasn't pushy, and it was clear that he was more concerned about meeting my needs than about his sales numbers. He even volunteered to clean my old pair of boots, and fix the peeling toe of my son's shoes while we were there. I picked up a pair of red wings from here about a month ago and I am a huge fan! As a plumber I'm abusing them on a daily basis and they have been holding up very well so far. The waterproofing is awesome in my line of work. Having formerly been in sales before becoming a plumber, the customer service has also been top notch. I just came in for the second time to get some insoles and Miss Brittany has been an amazing help both times. They even clean/oil the boots you've bought from them for free! I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a good set of work boots.

My first pair of redwing boots and insoles really hurt my feet and put my hip out. I thought it may just be a break in period, but no it wasn't. By 11am the last day I wore them, my feet were killing me, and by 2pm my hip was so sore I was limping. I worked 15 hours last Friday and couldn't stand one more workday in those boots. So Saturday morning I went down to the Owasso store to explain. They were so extremely helpful, and even though it just a little past the 30 day comfort guarantee the staff immediately went to work searching for a safety toe boot that would better fit my high arch and insole feet. He suggested several and we tested each boot more carefully with different types of insoles. Finally we found the best combination of support and comfort. Thank you so much to the guys in the Owasso OK store this last Saturday morning.

Staff was helpful and, knowledgeable. The craftsmanship of the boots, of course, are incredible. If you"know your size", I would still have them measure your feet for the perfect fit. I am already Eyeing another style, so I will return.

Went to Red Wing in Owasso, because I like to shop locally. Customer service was great! Crystal explained the whole process thoroughly. She recommended several boots that matched what I was looking for and explained the differences to me. Great shopping experience and already looking forward to the next time I need boots!

Great experience at this red wing, Chris and Mike helped my brother get a pair of boots for work while I tagged along. They had him stand on a thing that told them his size and what intersole he needed. He said the boots are amazing and I'll probably be back to get me some boots soon, I had no idea that red wings offered free boot cleaning forever or socks that pull moisture out of your boot. Definitely a way better experience than stopping at a normal boot store
